Business owner (seller) is looking to sell the logistics division of his company, which includes the following; General Warehousing Services, Brokerage Trucking Services, and other Dedicated Trucking Business primarily generated from the in-house Warehouse Customer Base. The owner is selling this business division because he owns two (2) other businesses in the construction industry and needs to free up his time. This division was purchased from a previous partnership in 2009. The customers are long tenured customers some going back 20 years. The margins are solid with room to grow, which is the primary reason the seller wanted to continue building this division. Over the last two years, the seller has streamlined this busy division in effort to make it attractive and easy to run for an absentee owner or an owner that wants to be involved in the day to day business. The seller is very confident this business division can be increased; two fold in very short time, if the buyer is involved and is committed to increasing gross margins. The business is already there it’s just a matter of putting in the time. KEY HIGHLIGHTS: *Lease has four (4) two year options with no more than a 3% increase in rent over the prior term (through 2020).
